These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of video editing services by Rooster Pixel to its clients
Clients do not need to pay any money in advance. The invoice for the previous month's services will be sent on the first week of the following month.
We offer only one free trial video per client. If the client wishes to continue with the services, they will be required to pay the monthly invoice.
The client retains all intellectual property rights to the videos that they provide to Rooster Pixel for editing. However, Rooster Pixel may use the client's images and videos for its portfolio and marketing materials.
The edited videos will be delivered to the client within 1-7 business days of the final approval.
The client may cancel the services at any time by giving written notice to Rooster Pixel. However, the client will be responsible for paying for any services that have already been rendered.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in the English language.
